PitchCourt – Terms & Conditions for Participants
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the participation of applicants (“Participants”) in the business reality show PitchCourt (“Show”), organized by Klaout (“Company”). By registering for the Show, the Participant agrees to abide by the following terms:
1. Eligibility

Participants must be 12 years or older at the time of registration.

Both individuals and teams are eligible.

The Participant must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information will lead to disqualification.
2. Registration & Fees
-
Participants are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee at the time of application.

Once registration is completed, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including withdrawal or disqualification.
3. Selection Process
-
All registered participants will be considered for the Online Elevator Round.

Only selected participants from this round, based on jury evaluation, will be invited to participate in the TV Show Round.

The decision of the jury in the selection process shall be final and binding, and no dispute or challenge shall be entertained.
4. Pitch & Evaluation
-
Participants must present their startup idea, plan, or concept as per the pitch format communicated by the organizers.

In case of any disputes regarding selection, funding, or evaluation, the final decision rests solely with the PitchCourt Jury & Organizing Committee.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their pitch does not infringe on any third-party rights (intellectual property, trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc.).
5. Funding & Legal Compliance

Any startup idea selected for investment will be formally structured into a registered entity (Pvt.Ltd).

Klaout will assist in setting up the company and ensuring legal compliances for investments made on the show.

Funding, if committed by investors, will be subject to legal due diligence, compliance, and contractual agreements.
6. Confidentiality & Rights

By participating, the Participant agrees that the Show organizers, jury, and investors are not liable for maintaining confidentiality of any pitch, idea, or business plan presented.

Participants acknowledge that similar business ideas may exist in the ecosystem, and PitchCourt or its associates shall not be held responsible for any overlap.

The Company reserves the right to record, film, broadcast, publish, and promote any content from the Show (including participants’ names, photographs, videos, and pitches) across all media platforms. No additional consent or compensation will be provided.
7. Participant Conduct

Participants must maintain professional conduct throughout the Show. Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of these T&Cs will lead to immediate disqualification.

Participants must comply with all instructions, timelines, and rules provided by the organizers.
8. Indemnity
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PitchCourt, Klaout, its investors, mentors, jury members, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation or business idea.
9. Disclaimers

Participation in the Show does not guarantee funding, incubation, or business success.

Investors’ commitments are subject to individual discretion and due diligence.

The Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule the Show at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
-
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi .
